Terms of Use


Graphical Interiors will ship almost anywhere. We ship via USPS to your PAYPAL address within 48 business hours after receipt of payment. Custom jobs may take longer, but we will give you a heads up on the time frame. We only ship Monday through Friday, with a daily mail pickup around noon EST. So, if we get your order at 1:00 pm on Friday, it will not go out until Monday. Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or rejected items.  


We will ship nearly anywhere. For orders outside of US or Canada we use US Postal Service First Class International Parcel service for all standard orders shipped internationally. Please note transit times for International Orders varies by destination country. We will email you a confirmation number, however it is NOT a tracking number. It could take between 2-5 weeks for delivery of your product. Any delays are usually caused by the Custom's Agency in the destination country. Please note, we are under the mercy of the Postal Service for International delivery orders. Sometimes delivery takes 2 weeks, and in rare cases, it could take up to 6 weeks! Please be patient when ordering from abroad. Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Return and Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are only valid within the continental U.S.
  • Returns and exchanges can only be authorized within 30 days of original purchase date.
  • All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a Graphical representative and must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).
  • RMA #s will only be granted to the original purchaser.
  • Orders returned without an RMA # will not be accepted.
  • RMA #s are valid for thirty (30) business days from the date of authorization, and the product must be received within that time frame.
  • Only one RMA # will be issued per item, and items that have been exchanged cannot be returned.
  • All return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
  • All returns and exchanges must be shipped back using a trackable and insured shipping method such as USPS, UPS or FedEx, to: Graphical Interiors, 2 Galt Court, Liverpool NY 13090
  • If returned items are sent and are not received, Graphical Interiors cannot be held responsible and the return will not be processed.
  • Not applicable to custom orders, personalized items, including but not limited to custom sizes, custom colors, custom text, names, logos, monograms, and signs.
  • Decals that do not adhere to unfit surfaces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Decals damaged during installation cannot be returned. A replacement decal may be ordered at a discount at the discretion of Graphical Interiors.
  • Graphical Interiors may request pictures or any other proof to help process or resolve a claim
  • Customer may choose one of the following return options: full refund, store credit, or full value exchange.

Gift Returns and Exchange Policy

Graphical Interiors is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact a Graphical representative for assistance returning the item. They will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on.  You will have to provide their phone number, first and last name, or email address.

Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item. However, we can definitely process a gift exchange for you for another item. Please contact us for assistance.

Gift Cards

Graphical Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. If you decide to return merchandise that you purchased using your Graphical Gift Card, the refunded amount will be credited directly back to your Graphical Gift Card.
